Warehousing Benefits

All our warehouses have 24/7 monitored security as well as fences along the perimeter. We maintain a proactive pest control and sanitation program.

For food grade material, we have an HACCP-based Food Safety Plan and a Food Defense Plan that is designed to protect customers’ goods. We are approved to store and distribute kosher and organic materials.

For tech grade material, we can handle consumer goods, powders, and liquids, and we utilize racking for small containers and bags to maximize storage space.

USA Warehousing has 4 facilities across New Jersey that offer a variety of services:

• Rail Services – Our Hillsborough location has storage capacity of 150 cars with service capacity for 15 cars
• No short line – Serviced by Norfolk Southern direct
• On-site locomotive – Cars moved nightly as necessary
• Docking Doors – Multiple loading doors in all facilities
• Highway Convenience – Located near all major highways including Rt 22, I-287, I-78, I-95.
• Locator System in place – to quickly locate your material in our warehouse for faster staging times.

Filling

USA Warehousing offers many services for drum filling including the ability to unload road tankers, flexi-tanks, ISO tankers, and railcars into both totes and drums. Depending on the volume, our locations can install dedicated filling lines specific to your material.

Transloading

USA Warehousing can transload between railcars, road tankers, and Flexi-tanks in any combination. For material that needs to be heated, our Hillsborough facility has low pressure boilers for rail cars, and our Main site in Piscataway maintains a hot room for drums and totes.
